My funds didn't arrive, transfi said it would take 2 hours, but it has been 12 hours passed and no funds arrive yet. I am going to unfollow and uninstall this app after 24 hours of no funds. I already reached out to their support but also no response. I was going to invest in a crypto that only this app has. But I guess that is not possible now. Update: After 15 hours, they finally released my funds. As of now, I am still exploring the app.

I have addressed the issue, your AI support made it easy. I didn't have knowledge back then, now I do. Just one thing I can't recover my assets because I didn't write down the seed phrase before deleting. Thanks to your AI support.

this app hasn't failed me until recently, I purchased crypto with fiat, completed and confirmed payment but I didn't receive anything, it's been 18 hours now. I've also spoken with customer care, still nothing #updated# after 24 hours they finally completed my transaction, wasn't as fast I a wished but they sent it anyway.
