I ordered the debitcard and they said the card is on its way on 21.2., but I haven't got it yet. It's been already over 3 weeks. I also messaged to the customer support twice, but still no answer. They keep sending me mails which says transfer money to my account, or invest money already, instead of answering my messages or sending my card. Worst customer support.
