I am a premium member. I Kept my vehicle to a transpoter listed in Black buck app. Unloading is done. Since 1 month he's not responding. Blocked all our numbers. Raised a complaint in the app. These black buck people are too irresponsible than that transporter. Worst service. Don't take any premium service in black buck. It's waste of time and money. Try to get loads through reference only. It's faar better. I lost around 50K only due to black buck.

I took premium membership for load board. I faced a issue, Black buck approved transporter not paid the freight charges after unloading. Lost nearly Rs. 47000. Reported and raised a ticket with customer care. But no use. Black buck responses are worst. It is likely a scam app, many people using it to scam lorry owners. Black buck have no local office to contact or not giving any number to connect other than customer care, which is of no use. Avoid black buck or you will lose money.

Comment 1 - I want to tell you all that this blackbuck company has been a great help for me where i first used their Fastag now everything in my truck is from Blackbuck only the GPS which i have taken from Blackbuck helps me use the trucks very effectively they also have a fuel card which is very good saves lot of money which i can use in other things they have very good with the customer service also which works 24hrs for the customers help and they help in secs
