service is great, app is temperamental. I would recommend the service a million times over, but the app needs a serious overhaul

The idea is good, the details badly done (at least for my local transport provider). The error messages when logging in were *not* helpful (turns out I had an account already and GPS *must* be on, but it never told me that). You cannot use the app to look up a trip; you must immediately book (without knowing what you are booking). I will only use this app because the alternative (call a phone # where you may or may not reach someone) is *even* worse.

The app is not reliable hard to use. Doesn't work correctly. It is slow, inconvenient to use, especially for people with no cell phone, limited data is such a pain to use. Sometimes bus comes late and messes up the times with the other routes and standing out in the figid cold in winter isnt ideal. was nice when things weren't changed and be nice just to go back to the old way things were than relying on technology and the town saving gas money when it's not fair to other people that pay taxes.

What’s new

- Screens and workflows have been updated to improve accessibility features for the passenger app. This includes font changes, button / icon updates, layout changes etc.
- Validation was updated to make sure return leg of a return trip can't be before depart leg
- Other bug fixes and stability improvements.
