Ratings and reviews

This app has disappointed me so much. Firstly, it provides a wide range of books which is good but the books are overpriced. Second thing is that the books which are out of stock hardly ever come back and i hate this. I seriously want bookchor to do something about out of stock books. I have a tone of books in my wishlist but 80% of them are out if stock and it's soo annoying and frustrating. Overall the experience wasn't that good. I may edit my review if they bring out of stock books back.

Nice UI...does the job well...payment processing via app is smooth... But lack of sorting options make it cumbersome to browse. Would have been great if- 1. Sorting feature could be added in all screens, wishlist (like by price, DISCOUNT, availability, name, author name, date added, book condition). 2. Copy text from the app option could be enabled. 3. Request feature could be added, a way for customers to let you know which books they currently want.

The variety of books available is impressive,and I found several titles that I had been searching for. customer service was top-notch,and my order was processed quickly and efficiently.I will definitely be a returning customer !
