Not just increadibly slow but it doesn't even work many times. When I try to purchase an instant voucher (usually when I'm already at the till) and I proceed to payment, it comes up with an error message. Most of the time it just simply doesn't work, but it also happened before that it took my money and only gave me the voucher much later. Also even if it works fine there are so many unnecessary steps before finally retrieving the voucher especially with it's slow speed it just doesn't worth it!

The app stops working every 3-4 months. Keeps getting stuck either at PIN window or just after that. Whoever designed the interface needs a reality check. Categories at the bottom just rearrange stores. If I want to browse, I can "read" newsletter. Why not make the app useful: - My wallet. Cards/ codes I already bought; - Search for discount. I don't want to spend time navigating through the menu while standing in the store; - Favourites. If I bookmarked something, I want to find it quickly.

As others have said, the app is very slow. Today, it just stopped working on the login screen. It just says 'Loading' and never actually gets anywhere, meaning you can't actually login. Tried it about 10 times throughout the day and always the same. Previously, I've ordered instant vouchers that are emailed after I've given up out of frustration and left the shop. Not exactly instant
