A little girl, Katya, leaves her mother to go for a walk by the sea. A small beach turns into a wonderful world, full of mysterious sea creatures, screaming seagulls and nimble crabs. There's so much to explore, you can't have it all at once! But the most amazing discovery is a strange boy whose family has recently moved here. From that moment the story of their long friendship begins...
The Golden Coast is not really a game in the usual sense of the word. Rather, it's a VERY interactive book that you can freely touch, press buttons, move around the background, and even move around! There are also a couple of different timelines and a chance to piece together the true ending. Within the small story, we've managed to embody a variety of different forms of interaction, and that's our little reason to be proud.
We recommend taking it slow and with good sound. Each dialogue has its own speed and its own carefully calibrated pauses. If you want to see the game as we see it, take your time, especially since it is short anyway c:
