always lucking items and recently i received my parcel was already change bosta plastic from red to green and almost 25 items lost including the bag champ so bad experienced its been long time most of my customers lost there items which i am sure i include it inside but they complain its missing i thought i am just the one mistake but now i received my parcel from my friend online i ordered its almost shock me the items was missing nag the expensive bag 1piece was lost

Worst shipping company ever, I received a text msg indicating they've received the order from the sender along with a tracking link, When I opened the link I saw that my order was supposed to be shipped on the 9th of Feb today but I mistakenly changed that to the 10th of Feb, Neither the app, their website, or their useless customer support line were able to amend it back to the 9th. They declined me as well picking up the order myself from the storehouse.

If you are expecting delay on all shipment this is the place, just received message in the morning and then you wasting 24 hours 48 hours and still your shipment undelivered, terrible experience, the driver call me late and seems like just wake up, without any intention to deliver the shipment, and next day only maybe and maybe will come, can not be ensure that your shipment will be delivered at the expected time. Not Recommended
