Need to simplify rescheduling, cancelling the class, adding the class. Got.frequent errors while resceduling. Certain scenarios are not covered while resceduling. Difficult to get urgent support from customer care as I could not find customer care number and the chatbot does not cover what I wish to resolve!

I like this app. However just recently, i found that rescheduling the class caused the app to crash

Bad customer service, so hard to communicate, send many times email after replied. Do not need to join their promotion to get free class from referring friend because it will be complicated to use the give. They said I must have a renewal package to use the free class, but after renewal, I still couldn't use the 10 free classes.
