Ratings and reviews

Very buggy app, favorites doesn't work in general, search doesn't work properly, can't add channels to favorites. Also, doesn't keep track of which videos you've watched, no history or sync with the website. Also, no way to navidgate and find other channels and videos.

I thought this app would provide a convenient way to gain (ISC)² CPE credits. I watched a recorded event using the app but it doesn't appear in my viewing history. I browsed to the presentation through my web browser, download the viewing certificate, and it showed only 1 minute viewed. The app is pretty useless to me if viewing history isn't synchronized.

Buggy as all get out, no proper way to report bugs built into the app, just exports a document instead of offering an avenue to report a bug in your own words. Contact Us leads to an error. Can't unsubscribe from the 20 EMAILS I WOKE UP TO...the last update was released nearly a YEAR ago? What is even happening here?
