The "Magic Button" widget constantly goes "unavailable" on its own, requiring me to find and open the app which defeats the entire purpose of the widget and makes the entire door entry procedure inefficient, time consuming, and inconvenient. It's particularly frustrating when you are in a hurry and you're surprised by the "unavailable" button. If this is the best they can do for convenience and stability, let's hope we go back to keys.

This app truly sucks. The fact I have to pull out my phone and then select what door i want. it's such an inconvenience. We were better off with the key phob. To have to select where I want to enter. It defeats the purpose of using NFC. Poorly designed and not tested properly. Why use NFC when it truly doesn't work that way. I shouldn't need to take out my mobile device to scan and state what door I want. The use interface is very clunky with no explanation on how to use it.

Works about 50% of the time. The 50% of the time it DOES WORK it either takes 2 seconds or spins for 10 before it works. In the times it doesn't work, half the time clearing the cache helps, half the time it doesn't. PITA. (This is with a perfect mobile/internet connection...) If you need to always rely on keys, and keys are faster - what's the point of this app?
