App rarely opens (loading bar stops halfway), and on the rare occasion it does, I have to go in & out of it multiple times for the self-test to work. Unsurprisingly, it always says everything is working great, even though I have constant issues, such as streaming any video on any platform.

The app went through a number of options to rectify a wi-fi problem. When all the opticians didn't work, no further help was available, like logging a fault or a number to call.
