Build My House is a very simple App, which will help you to Understand the total budget of your house or any construction. It will Calculate total usage Area of your Land and Price per Sft.

According to FAR (Floor Area Ratio) and Land Coverage with respect to Road with beside your land will give you extra benefit to develop a residential or commercial construction on your land.

Sometime we can not afford to build a construction by own, so that we'd like to take over the total construction to a Developer Company with some extra facility. Developer Company gives extra money before the Construction is started and they gives some space/floor or Flat on the building. so that we can sale or stay. It will help you whereas the developer is cheating you or you are getting benefit from your land to hand over the construction to the developer.

- Select your Currency from Settings
- Enter your Land Area in Square Meter/Square Feet/Acre/Katha/Bigha
- Enter Land Coverage Area as per FAR (Floor Area Ratio) Rule (%)
- Road width in feet
- Developer Portion (%)
- Initial FAR
- FAR Advantage from Road
- No of Basement
- Unit Per Floor (No of Flat)
- Rate per Unit (Amount)
- Total Parking (There is a Calculation Method in Bellow)
- Rate of Parking (Amount)

Finally Click on [Show Report]
