Terrible vs Brightwheel! Half the time we are unable to check our kids in/out. Sending messages doesn't just go to an assigned teacher (or all), you have to know who to send it to, but if the teacher is out or they have a new one they're not going to get the message. If you are able to even send/receive a message (what pin?), the other parent is not included & in dark. Sometimes I get a checkbox on the computer version to include other parent but that's also not consistent.

App does not give push notifications, even though those are turned on. I cannot save photos to my phone easily, and there is no way to view updates by category (photos, videos, sleep, etc). I wish it was more user friendly and had functionality more in line with the previous app used for updates.

Not able to open Moments and inbox page on my Pixel 9 Pro with OS 16. I recently updated the app as well. App was working fine a week ago.
