Simply does not work. I tried using the bar code reader and manual entry, but either way it tells me the serial numbers of my pumps are not valid. I tried calling the service phone number given in the app and it also doesn't work.

Does not recognize a phone number. The App seems like a great idea, but I can not enter my phone number to continue. US phone number, but I can't register to give full review.

Hi No matter how much I scan the barcode of the vacuum pump, it is not able to identify and register our Bosch vacuum pump. Even after entering the serial number manually, it is not able to register the pump. What should I do?
