So far, so good. Haven't actually used yet only registered. The only thing I don't like is if you don't invite another admin or home subscriber and then sign up for a 2 week trial, you can't complete the safety score. The annoying notice you haven't completed your safety score is ALWAYS shown on your dashboard. Would I like to have another person (subscriber) getting an emergency notice? Sure! Do I WANT another monthly payment? No! So, the annoying perpetual notice. Minus 1 star.

Set up the app but couldn't enable Push notifications. Contacted support and was told that I had an older version of the app (1.2.0), and that if I didn't see the update (1.3.0) that my device was incompatible because it is too outdated. I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra... Love the concept, but the software if frustrating. The QR codes on the slide on tags are difficult to scan, as well.

Seems good product, we registered our three cats. No problem. However, it was FREE until the end of registration, and then I have to subscribe to finish registration. So nothing FREE. Ads said $10 per pet ID then FREE of service, but it's not. It's a small amount, but would it be nice to know from the beginning to have that knowledge to sign up. And if we don't subscribe, the registration won't finish. Let see if this unfinished registration goes how far... luckily our cats are in-house cat.
