Ratings and reviews

Rather useless app. Does not have the functionality for basic transactions, for eg. view all submitted claims for 3 months. Does not display all beneficiaries. Can't select more than 1 filter at a time. Freezes on almost every new screen, meaning you have to force stop and restart. Slow processing, even on the best devices... Almost as slow as their actual medical aid payouts and support. 😂

Although the app is quite helpful, it could be more user friendly i.e. easier to find information or tabs - access to my hub is available via the browser and not the app. Momentum Multiply membership (and their providers i.e. FitVault should be integrated and accessible in the app (one stop shop). Not all members are aware of the app and do not know that digital membership cards are available (expecting cards in mailbox). This should be communicated to members.

The app is quite helpful because it shows your card digitally, I haven't tested if you are able to login offline or it needs data to do that but offline mode could be extremely helpful because there are places where the network just cuts off for some reason...but for me it's cool so far.
