Ratings and reviews

This app was great. It cleared my cache so quickly and easily. Then suddenly with the most recent update, it literally stopped working. I tap on the app and it starts to open. Then it closes about 2 seconds later. I'm paying for this app and will give only a few days for it to be fixed before I ask for a refund. If you can't fix it fast, at least have it revert to the previous version that did work.

wasn't this app bought by another company? why does it still say Piriform? The app won't scan again, after a scan was completed and results reviewed. Also I can't switch to another app, settings, or the home screen while cleaning. This app also needs a 'Startup Manager'. The app showed me two back to back ads during the cleaning, and came as a surprise. I didn't know how to exit from the ad, without closing the app.

I'm keeping the mobile app because it's still useful, for now. The PC version, where CCleaner started and has been the pinnacle of performance and cleaning apps, has become a useless and malicious cash grab of bloatware. It won't allow you to simply exit the program to temporarily close it or even force close it through task manager. It's become as bad as McAfee or Norton. The developers, whoever they may be, should be ashamed of themselves.
