The CFEcontigo APP is designed to: facilitate the payment of your services using bank credit and debit cards; request a recurring charge to pay for your service; pay with BBVA points; check your balance and download your latest receipt; locate the 10 closest Customer Service Centers; report power supply failures in your service; activate your electronic receipt (paperless); calculate your subsequent consumption in a simulated way and pay reminders.

To obtain the precise address of the nearest Customer Service Centers you must activate your location and to receive payment reminders you will have to activate the application's push messages.

I can't pay my bills in the app, it says the problem is the bank, but this is the only app with this issue, but if I pay in the web, I can do it without any problem, I already called and they say "uninstall and install the app" and that's it, no solution here, and as far as I can see, I'm not the only one with this problem.

The app won't let me pay my bills. It has an error accepting credit and debit card payments if you have more than one line registered. It's really inconvenient especially with the pandemic. I called the cfe operator and she told me I had to go in person to my bank to make the payments (most banks delay you up to 2h for a simple service like that ). It's 2020, you can afford to hire better programmers to do something as simple as accept online payment cfe.

App was working ok but now it just shut down and it doesn't let me continue. I reinstalled the app three times already and still not working, is not getting connection to server, I have a really good internet connection and my data on so that can't be the problem, you should review and get fixed your app everything was going so wonderful, I know you won't reply because you guys only reply to pleasant comments and ignore the ones like mine 😠😕
