Ratings and reviews

Considering I pay a subscription for the account, the app does not work well. Often slow, crashes and has a terrible user experience. Overly complicated areas, that often don't work. No option to change language either. At least you can pay bills through it. I've used banking apps in poorer countries that worked better!

I have a pixel 7 pro, the cfg app icon in the drawer is the default android icon not the cfg icon. I hope you fix it soon. Also i find the cih bank app more pleasing in terms of user experience and UI. I hope you can do better. Because a lot of cih bank clients are switching to cfg and we can see the difference in the app.

All good except the quite astonishing impossibility to pay your invoices online without having to find each time your provider amongst their full list then write each time your providers contract number to then be able to visualizer your outstanding payments.... There is a favourites section but you can just see the provider and the relative contract number but can't see your account's status thus not being able to pay. For doing that you have to write down the contract number, go back to...
