When it works it is great and a useful resource. However, logging on is often problematic. I have had to reset my password and it works fine on the Web based main site, but constantly does not work / get recognised on the app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled to see if cleating the cache would work. All to no avail. There must be a bug in the system somewhere.

Sorry to hear you are having issues logging in. And apologies for not seeing this sooner. If you are still unable to log in, please drop an email to cipdcommunitymobile@cipd.co.uk and we will get you sorted out. It's usually because of a duplicate record on the database, or a failure to sync when your details have been updated.

Unfortunately when to log into the app, it just freezes with "signing in" spinning around and no further progress. Tried on different phones and also with another login and still encounter the same issue which implies that it is extremely buggy (as has already been mentioned in numerous other comments). Additionally the information held on me was clearly out of date when viewing the digital CIPD membership card, displaying myself as an Associate when I am actually a Fellow. Not impressed.

Just downloaded the app having been informed via email. Disappointed that my login credentials were not recognised. This isn't a typo issue...it's an app issue. Until this is resolved I'll be deleting the app and will carry on using the website.

Update: Hi Helen, just to confirm, we have addressed an issue affecting a small number of members, and following testing i can confirm you should be able to log in now. Apologies again for your disappointing experience, please do try the app again and let us know your thoughts. Kind regards Ben
