Convos is an app that helps spark great conversations. It’s developed to draw people together through conversations – with games and videos and polls and open-ended questions that work perfectly for small groups who can look each other in the eye and dig deep into the kinds of conversations that come when people trust one another. As your group sits face-to-face, the Convos app helps facilitate conversations. Just pass the mobile device around to each person in the circle and follow along with the prompts to lead the next part of the conversation. Built on the idea that everyone wants to be liked, to feel safe, to be seen and heard, and ultimately to be known and loved – Convos is the app that teaches people that conversations are not lectures or debates or arguments. In conversations, people care.

Ratings and reviews

My church group uses this app for guided conversations, but unfortunately, it doesn't work at all for Android. It will only allow you to progress through one or two slides before the app crashes and exits. Even after multiple attempts, it's impossible to progress, as the app will keep crashing at the same slide. This app has been completely unusable for a year with no fix in sight. My guess is the app was developed solely for iPhone, but a version ported to Android receives no testing/support.

For the "In Between" MOVE conference, Day 5 of Convos on Android doesn't have instructions on what to do with the small mirrors. The Apple version of the app does have those instructions. This is a pretty critical piece of the final day's programming!

Nice idea, but it crashes a lot and can't really be relied on. Usually takes 10+ attempts to be able to go through a whole session.
