From day one, kept having issues with one camera changing directions, another going out all the time, and getting the viewing of live feed to actually work. I keep testing the speed of the internet and have confirmed it is not the issue. The system is hard wired, not using WiFi. Over and over I get connection failure lately. I hate this so much. What use is this if I can't use it

The setup of the 4 camera system I bought was a breeze, I've had this system for about 2 years. When bought the reviews expressed that the system/app was adequate for my needs,and they were right.. With all that said the Company/ programmers whoever decided to "update" remake the old application since that time I've had nothing but problems with it unable to watch the alerts "live" unable to download using the app unable to use the intercom system sadly a once good product ruined now it's TRASH

Equipment was a breeze to setup. The app AND software are absolutely garbage. Any settings I try to access always times out, microphone always times out. Can barely use the app. The software doesn't even load my stream/playback. Seriously need to fix these bugs
