Trying to use this app. I have been able to log in once, attempted to access my loan and began crashing. Have un-installed and re installed multiple times and it still immediately crashes

That app just keep crashing. Tried clearing cache and uninstall reinstall. Tried on a different phone still crashes. Please patch or send help of some kind. On galaxy s23 ultra.

The app was working great. Recently, I have been unable to open the app without it crashing. Please fix this.
