Users can perform raise, track, reschedule, search, withdraw, feedback, close, and many more operations using this mobile application.
Features:
Raise Complaint:
A complainant can raise their in-campus complaint by providing category /area, subcategory/ type, preferred technician visit date & time, description, and supportive images. SMS & Email with ticket number generated for acknowledgment of application.
Track Complaint:
Users can track the current status of an active complaint by providing a ticket number.
Search Complaint :
It enables users to view complaint details through mobile number, complaint mode, ticket number, and current status.
Withdraw:
Complainant can withdraw complaints at any time.
Ratings and Feedback:
Share user experience during complaint resolution.
User can share their experience during complaint resolution.
Re-Schedule:
Features could enable users to reschedule technician visits and change date/time. The concern of the complainant and technician is required to reschedule.
Edit Profile:
User can edit their profile and change their default address.
