Absolutely useless. The sensors are hard-wired to send alerts when the temperature drops below *50* degrees. In our case, that means we get multiple alerts DAILY in the cold season, even when there is absolutely no danger of our pipes freezing. Because they are constantly crying "Wolf," I have learned to completely ignore them. They aren't helpful; they are merely annoying. For this app to be of any use at all, we need to have the ability to change the temperature settings to fit our individual context. The only reason we don't opt out of the program altogether is that we're afraid it will negatively affect our premium rates.

We appreciate the feedback! The app is designed to notify you when the temperatures inside drop below 50 degrees and 40 degrees but only when the outside temperature is 32 degrees or lower. Under these conditions there is a significant chance for freezing pipes.

Today I was working with the electrical at my church which caused the power to be out for an extended period of time and CM Sensor notified me that there is a power outage which is fine the first time but then they proceed to blow up my phone that there is a power outage which was extremely annoying. If there is a power outage the chances that someone who is receiving these notices can do anything about it is slime to none. It if either a problem with the utility company or someone is working on
