• Automatically email an electronic copy of the signed service report to the customer.
• In areas with poor connectivity, Technicians can still perform their duties by entering visit details, work done and capturing customer signatures.
• Totally eliminate re-keying data in the back office from handwritten service reports. Office personnel immediately have the service call data available for billing review.
• Capture work hours for timesheet purposes without duplicate entry. Technicians can sign for their hours worked each day. When approved by the back office, the hours can be transferred to Payroll.
• Increase sales revenue by recording and tracking additional work opportunities while the technician is on site and obtain customer authorization to proceed or provide a quote.
• Capture data dynamically on configurable mobile forms like Vehicle checks, Risk Assessment, Customer Satisfaction. Additional client forms for Gas Safety (CP12) and Minor Electrical Installation Certificate (MEIWCs).
