About this app

With the COMRAMO aid app (COM.BEIHILFE DIGITAL APP), activated beneficiaries can submit their receipts securely and quickly digitally and is an alternative to applying for aid by post.
You can use the COM.BEIHILFE DIGITAL APP to photograph your receipts (medical bills, prescriptions, etc.) and/or upload them as a PDF file.

After you have photographed and/or uploaded all receipts, you will receive a receipt. Use the status of receipt, processing and completed to track the processing status of your application right up to the decision.

Persons entitled to subsidies whose employers use the COMRAMO service are entitled to use the app. Excluded from this are people for whom authorized representatives have been registered.

Please do not upload any accident documents, treatment and cost plans, cost estimates, correspondence or other inquiries.


Registration process:

1. You download the COM.BEHILFE DIGITAL APP
2. Click on “register”
3. Register with your email, password, first and last name, date of birth, your aid case number and agreed data protection declaration
5. You will receive an email: Please confirm the activation link
6. Via post: You will receive an activation code
7. Log in to the COM.BEIHILFE DIGITAL APP and enter your activation code once. From now on you can submit your receipts.
