Worst app I've ever dealt with. Can't get past connecting to the device WiFi and spent the last few weeks trying to troubleshoot with the manufacturer. Followed all their instructions, but it still won't work. Now they want me to download another app to video all the steps I've taken, even though I have screen shot everything and explained step by step what is not working. Never had this problem with other dash cams.

After reading the reading the reviews, I was hesitant about downloading, seeming it did not work. But im not sure why people are having a hard time creating/logging in. It's pretty simple, and once you're in the app, it has great features. *struggling to enter the emailed code? Simple press the space bar until there is only room to type the 4 digit code. Then, the blue submit button should turn blue, allowing you to proceed. *No issues with connecting the camera to my Galaxy S24.

Your app only allows 10 seconds to register the code sent into my email and getting the code, opening the email and reading and typing the code takes more than 10 seconds! This is frustrating to say the least. I have at least 15 codes sent to me so far and couldn't type them into the app within 10 seconds. I will uninstall the app and if issue is not fixed in a few days I will send the camera back.
