This is a mobile application to allow easier access to our customers to deposit funds to their friends and family.

it's a decent way to apply money to your number or the inmates phone. however- you have to call customer service to add numbers on your account, so your loved one can call others, (minors for example) without accounts. If you change your number too many times they require proof of your ID along with a phone bill and the names have to match. that's out of hand and inconvenient for simple communication. I believe the 3$ fee is ridiculous too.

love it! very easy to use, & when in doubt actually PEOPLE are available thru " contact us" and any questions are answered right then. I left 1 star out only because I can only add $$ from My card 2 times a week. Then the 3rd time I must call to do it. hoping that changes soon. thank you for making a difficult time just a little bit easier on us by creating this App! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼

Please take the calendar off, it will go tight back to the beginning of you pause, and that is very frustrating, please just let us type our own birthday in the box, that calendar make the whole process take so so much longer than it should, it has taken me a few days to get really fed up with this part of the process. Because it takes so long to just put your birthday in. When your as old as I am, any way. Take it off, please, Trust I am not the only one.
