love it! very easy to use, & when in doubt actually PEOPLE are available thru " contact us" and any questions are answered right then. I left 1 star out only because I can only add $$ from My card 2 times a week. Please take the calendar off, it will go tight back to the beginning of you pause, and that is very frustrating, please just let us type our own birthday in the box, that calendar make the whole process take so so much longer than it should, it has taken me a few days to get really fed up with this part of the process. Because it takes so long to just put your birthday in. When your as old as I am, any way. Take it off, please, Trust I am not the only one.

App works really well. The fees associated with each transaction are a bit much. Reminds me of bank ATM fees to get cash. However, you have no other choices to avoid the fees since the "service" is contracted with the prisons. Plus the charge per minute (.21 cent) is 3× that of Securus Technology (.07 cent) plus taxes and fees. A 15 minute phone call easily is plus $4 with Correct Solutions. While Securus is $1.58 for 15 minutes with taxes and fees. It's highway robbery to communicate.
