Needs a lot of work. Takes several tries for checks to go through on this app. Update: April 2024. App has gotten better in some ways but worse in others. For some reason, I always have to open the app twice when wanting to use it. 1st time I open it, it loads into a frozen screen every time. I have to force close it and then reopen it and the second time it's fine. Having to do this process every time is a major annoyance! Almost to the point I rather switch to a big bank. Wonderful app. It did take a phone call to get it set-up initially. My spouse and I can't share the same phone number for app set up on our joint account, but as long as any mobile number you would use for this app is associated with the account you want to access, it'll work. Just must make sure all your numbers are up to date with the credit union 😉

The one thing I wish I could do is change my automatic transfers. That would be handy. 7/2021 I am downgrading my rating because something changed and now I can't log in at all through the app. The biometric option to log in with a fingerprint is gone. What good is the app if you can't log in and use it?
