Booking experience was ok. Scheduled a ride and driver came on time. In cab experience was good & vehicle was also great. However, when the ride ended and the time for payment came, I tried doing online which didn't go through or atleast on the app it showed as failed and asked me to pay cash. However, the amount got deducted from my amazon wallet. Apart from email, there is no way to contact these folks. All number mentioned goes ringing and Noone picks or calls back. Awaiting ur revert.

The service is not dependable. Even for scheduled trips, there are cancellations. Most of the time, the drivers are charging the cab. Many a times, the number of the vehicle shown on the app and the one that arrives, do not match and the reason the drivers give is that the previous cab is put for charging. Major flaw is that the app keps crashing.

Initially service was good, but recently have started to notice, though cabs are available the Manager and drivers don't accept booking till you reach their destination and they will only accept those bookings where they get higher fares of 700+ not interested for fare booking 400-600. I think Ola and Uber are therefore much better and more reliable at Airports than Cab-e
