game is really fun and addicting. however, recently (i think after this September 14 update) when I fail a level and use gems or a ticket to undo a mistake the customers are frozen and can't be interacted with. the level can't finish and I have ended up wasting like 100 gems because I forget this is happening. when they fix that issue I'll give it 5 stars. I love how the ads aren't necessary but you can watch them to get more gems.

Hi 👋 In Princess Regale restaurant, level 13, when it tries to introduce a new item and tutorial, the game freezes and nothing works. I contacted in-game support last week, but my issue hasn’t been resolved yet. The game is amazing and I’m really eager to continue. Please look into it 🙏

I like this game but, it can be pretty frustrating at times. A lot of times it doesn't give a lot of room for error. Example being that you need so many likes and you have to get everyone in the green bubble instead of giving the player wiggle room to miss one or two. Also, a suggestion would be to have a double coin booster. Editing review as it is getting impossible to beat and as someone who cannot spend funds am thinking of uninstall. Very imbalanced. Challenging shouldn't mean impossible.
