A very useful app, both for pick-up day (and which bin; recycle or green waste) reminders, and to input waste item data, to determine whether the item belongs in the waste, or recycling bin. The only issue I experienced, was the 2019/2020 X-mas and New Year 1 day pick-up delay. (there was no delay for Thanksgiving). I did not receive electronic notification, and the delay did not propagate a change in Calendar notification. I did find an electronic letter, but had to look for it.

Right now I'm trying to find info on my community drop off location and I don't see a button for it on the landing page. I appreciate having easily available info about my residential pick up day but I know it's going to be at least three steps for me to find the operating hours of Kiefer landfill. Another thing is that I can't find any rate info on special items there may be a dollar charge for.

Went to make a payment through the app like I have done many times before and today it says it's not available, try to reload. Still not working. Fix this please
