Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy S9/S9+ don't allow call recording in Europe / Korea / India / Singapore / UK markets. It's said that update to the latest firmware would solve this problem. However, we cannot guarantee. We do seriously apologize. If we have the new solution, we will inform you immediately. How to update the mobile phone firmware? Go to Settings > Software update > Download updates manually

Using with my Note9. Sound clarity is excellent. Been through apps that recorded only one side before, I was worried this would be the same. This app so far has worked very well, even when calling through bluetooth in my car. I like that it gives me the followup screen after calls. It gives you a choice to keep or delete the call, rather than just dumping it in a file you have to sort through and purge. Since almost all of my calls are routine they don't need to be saved anyways. Highly recommend!

don't rate often, but I definitely like the app. works better than expected. after each phone call a window automatically comes up and you get a brief review of the caller, call time, and the option to keep or discard(convenient when you record some short non important call you don't want to keep, that way the library doesn't get cluttered with junk). only down side is ads. annoying as always. but you do have the option to buy them away. works great either way. not sure what more you could ask.

Very useful for what i need/looking for. Other comments mention it was hatd to shut off because once downloaded, it records ALL calls. However, once you end the call, you are given the option to delete recording or not. This is very helpful. You can even forward recording via email if necessary. I have not had any issues with this app. Yes, i would recommend.
