I like the app... it announces the callers name or number to alert you who the caller is. You can also set the app to announce caller and messages when your phone is in vibration or silent.

I like this app. It announces the name of the person calling and even read my incoming messages but the reason I gave it four stars is that it stops working after some time so you have to open the app and set it up again. Developers should look at that.
