Canary is home security made simple. The Canary app works with our security devices to connect your home to your phone, allowing you to view and protect those that matter most.

Monitor your home: Watch live or recorded HD videos day or night. Access Canary’s timeline for a living history of your home. Save and bookmark your favorite clips.

Intelligent notifications: When Canary identifies something out of the ordinary, you’ll get a notification with recorded HD video of the event, as well as the option to watch live.

Automatic arming: Canary changes modes when you come and go. No complicated keypads or codes to remember.

NEW REVIEW. My 3 canaries have been a total waste of time and money. The help centre keep giving suggestions which I try and don't work. I have requested my premium subscription back as it is not doing what it says it should. They put it more politely but basically said, "NO CHANCE MATE." I have spent hours and hours uninstalling reinstalling updating reconnecting then repeatedly doing all the same steps again. This has been going on for around 2 years & still failing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. 💰

Absolute disappointment. The app will not let UK residents type in a postcode to activate the 1yr free premium service. Also the app crashed 2 or 3 times while trying to set it up. Customer service closed so couldn't get any help. Very annoyed about wasting my time on a product that is clearly not ready for market. I would have given Zero stars if I had the option. Save yourself time and effort but not purchasing.

Problematic software, used to work well but it's very unreliable since the pointless voice 'upgrade'. 'Free' package is useless now. Even worse with the intrusive ads now. Will be getting rid. Replying to my review to tell me about the paid prescription plan is infuriating. We all know about this plan as you took the 'Free services forever' away from us years ago.
