Have you noticed a breakdown or incident?
Instantly notify your service provider, colleague or entourage of the problem encountered.
The CapiLite application allows you to report an incident either by filling out a form or by scanning a QR Code corresponding to equipment or a business card.
You are kept informed of the progress of your request by email or notifications on your smartphone.
Your contact person may, if necessary, ask you for additional information via messaging (photo, document, etc.), and provide a report at the end of the intervention.
You have access to your entire history: all requests, all exchanges, all key actions will be at your fingertips.
CapiLite Can be connected to a CMMS or ERP in order to find all your requests on your usual work tool.
