The customer service is outstanding. 5 stars just for the fact that never in my life have I had someone in support find out I called the wrong line, but called me on a Saturday when the line I called said Monday through Friday. I called on Saturday along with Friday night to find out they were closed. He got me activated and ready for work on Monday. I am an employee for a company using the service and I am an emergency service so fuel is a dire necessity for me.

So far it has been very disappointing. It fails to load location and many shell stations are no longer in use. Using this for fleet use presents problems in looking for diesel and the store does not carry. The stations on list are out of your way and should have a better distance calculator. All in all very frustrating to use. Scanning the vin number presents problems with vehicle not found which are many different types being utilized.
