Not thrilled. With my old bank, all my accounts showed up on y bank app. With this one, I have to go to a separate site and this app's icon does not show up on my phone's icon screen. I have to go thru Settings and Apps to find it.☹️👎. I'll get used to it, I suppose. But I don't like it. I still haven't figured out how to transfer my paymeymt.

Worst card management interface I've dealt with in the last fifteen years. The security features are pointless and you have to create an entirely new account every time you're issued a replacement card, but they don't tell you about it

Unfortunately, this app does not work at all for my mom and I. Our bank had its own credit card that, for whatever reason, got transferred over to TIB. We can sign into the website but trying to sign into the app is impossible as it says our information doesn't match their records. I hope this is just a glitch that gets fixed but it's been weeks now.
