Provide verification that a specific employee provided a service at a specific location and document the date and time of the arrival and departure. This App may be used on a phone or tablet.

This App is to provide the following functionality:

• Enter Service Notes for a scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Update Careficient with the signed Patients Consent and Service Note forms.
• View the Patient Facts report.
• Capture of Start and Stop Driving GPS location and times.
• Capture of Start and Stop Care GPS location and times.
• Updates the Careficient with daily driving and care GPS locations and times.

What’s new

Improve accuracy in capturing EVV times. Can only capture EVV times on current day. On any previous dates of service, user will have to manually enter time in/out.
Corrected patients signature pop-up verbiage.
Issue was when mobile device language settings was set to Spanish, it would upload datetime with AM behind it which normally we don’t.
