Ratings and reviews

This is one of the worst concepts I've ever seen. Having to use an app exclusively to open a locker is ridiculous. Besides that, the app locked my account when trying to recover my password and the only way to unlock it is to call support which, unfortunately, is not 24/7. Avoid it as much as possible. If I could rank it zero stars I would.

Having a schedule where you are allowed to retrieve your package is so dumb, like only being able to do so with the App via Bluetooth... Can't even send a friend to pick up an order. Awful experience, I will try to avoid using Cargus and ordering at the pick up point in the future at all costs. Lost a customer by dumb decisions.

After the last update I was logged off and now when I try to log in either with the "Continue with Google" option or "Continue with email address" option I instantly get an error message "Ups! Something went wrong during authentication". Cleared app data and cache, uninstalled it for the latest version but same thing happens. How can we keep track of packages or open lockers if needed with such a faulty app? In the past it had some issues, but nothing that made it basically useless like now?
