Unable to renew policy and frequent policy not loading issues. I tried renewing my policy which is about to expire in 10 days multiple times and it got stuck at payment everything. I started seeing an error eventually. The app frequently doesn't show my active policy and expects me to add it to view or even apply for it's renewal. Pathetic experience.

Most Unreliable App. Policies vanish randomly and have to be re-added. Shows only Expired policies and while trying to add current policies providing pol no. & premium amount, it says policy already exists but doesn't show up in Existing Policies.

pathetic service by bajaj I have created pre authorization from app for 3k and the bill amount was 2400 but they are putting my claim on hold by saying that final paid amount is not written while the sheet has a coloum of paid amount and a row at bottom which is total so there is one cell where total and paid amount coincide and the 2400 is written there no basic sense is there and testing my patience again and again. I have the transaction of payments I have made against these test.
