I was not informed that as a new customer there would be a 9 business day hold on my deposit. This means I had no access to my money for 2 weeks and they did not feel it was important enough to warrant a phone call.

i love this app. It's very useful for keeping track of my balance in my checking and saving, and mobile deposit is often a lifesaver.
