Every time whenever im trying to completing my profile it always show "add your bank details, enter your name and complete your profile" even after completed

It was working fine till last year. But now i could not get my amount credit in bank. I have coupons scanned from 29-12-20. But the transaction was failed and money was not credited. Please look into this matter. Hey I updated the app and rechecked but no results. Now today again app update came and now its back to original one but now there is no mention of my previous coupons which were not transfered to bank. I have now lost about 550 rs in this app. And I see no way of redeeming them back.
