Installed twice (only because my workplace café promoted it) but deleted it after a short time use. Easy to borrow and return the cup but almost impossible to get the app recognised your return. A few times with days delay, and this time the app still complains about me not returning the cup (which I did after using it for a few hours). Tried to click "need some help" and nothing happened.

When you have signal and it works it's ok. When you don't have signal - no food. When the app glitches - no food. At least I'm loosing weight!

A geat app, making it convenient to borrow and return a container for lunch. A fantastic new initiative to replace single-use packaging.
