I lost access to my app due to an unexpected reset of my phone. I have managed to regain access to 15+ banking / credit card / investment apps within a few days. The experience with Cembra is by far the worst. I ordered a new code for app activation at least 3 times via web form as suggested by the process. Never got an activation letter. I sent an e-mail to the contact provided in the play store. No answer after 1+ week. I wanted to call the Hotline, which turns out to cost me a lot of money.

Hello Will Kölbener - I am very sorry about your negative experience. We did indeed have delivery delays with our activation letters. However, these have been solved. It is also a shame that you were unable to reach our customer service, but our phone calls from Switzerland are free of charge. Best regards, Ryan.

The worst application I've ever used. Horrible and useless interface, doesn't show proper payment, no link to open a support ticket for incorrect missing payment, extremely high fees for late payment that are incorrectly processed, assumed by default that a paper statement, sending the statement to abother banking app doesn't work (must send to a pdf reader, capture a screenshot and upload to the other banking app)

For what I need, it's more or less usable the app. But since I changed the phone, I can't link anymore the biometrics. Wrote twice to support and I'm waiting since weeks for an answer. Not even a confirmation of receiving my inquiry I got. That's not professional and not a behavior I expect from a financial institution. That's why just 1 star.
