super freaking annoying that once every couple months it forgets my password. so I go to reset it. and then it locks me out of the account. God forbid there be some sort of 24 hour line since it gets to a point it won't let me reset the password. 10/10 do not recommend this app until they fix its nonsense

Logs me out and doesn't let me use password x1000 now. Telling me I can't reuse old passwords that I just made. I don't know why it can't just work for 10 minutes. it keeps changing passwords. it won't let me delete meaningless accounts I don't want need or use but somehow lose money.

The company running this app should really take a look at the Chime bank card mobile app and it's features. There isn't any real notifications when you deposit, move funds, or make a purchase or a simple notification in the morning letting you know your account balance, that may seem small to a lot of people but it's huge to some of us!
