Presenting the brand new version of the driver app. Besides the new design and powerful capabilities, the new driver app allows for much better location tracking with minimal battery usage.

App not fit for purpose.... Not user friendly, probably illegal to use while driving definitely very difficult to use while driving... Taxi meter dosent work very well and drags a lot,, also not calibrated, the first mile takes forever,, almost impossible to send messages when driving.. And very difficult to navigate the app whilst driving... I was told it's the best system ever.. Well whoever designed it haven't worked with or used icabbi or auto-cab which are far more reliable, easier to use..

When making card payments, once you've sent the link, you can't resend it,the job is then cleared automatically when payment hasn't been received. And you can't resend the link again. You can't change the number once the link has been sent. No stack system in place.

UX is poor - navigation is not easy especially when you have a job. Push notifications are hard to read due to contrast font and background colour. Fare calculator is clunky.
